Postgreen is a firm in Philadelphia that’s making homes in an eco-friendly way, without any intimidation and with an unbelievably low price tag. On top of building “homes for people who want something different, something more responsible, something better,” Chad Ludeman and Nic Darling have great public presence, a beautiful and easy-to-navigate website, and a quick response rate to their blog, The 100K House.

If “eco-modern” sounds like your kind of living style, then definitely check these guys out sooner rather than later. And be sure to try out the model customizing tool… it’s like playing the best part of The Sims, where you spend hours designing a killer house for the 5-second family you just made.

March 14’s daily design idea is stylish, eco-friendly, affordable homes really do exist!
